Fake weapons, photoshopped launch pics, and now a fake water park (I mean, it's really there, but you know people can't just go there and enjoy themselves the same way you could in a south Korean water park. Because dictator. Anyway...)
What's with all this? Why the fakery? Who are they trying to impress? The head honcho has (his tiny part of)the world in the palm of his hands. Why is it important for them to make sure the world knows they (don't) have a super-duper strong military? And (no) free elections? And (unusable) water parks?

It's to convince people like Dennis Rodman that they are a functioning state that doesnt starve its people to death when its not shooting them. That is unless Rodman is the CIA's best spy ever.
